Payments and Fees

Because our workers are self employed, they are paid directly by you, usually on every visit. If you have two visits per week, it is also normal to pay them once on the second visit. They all have bank accounts (as it is a condition or registration) so you can either leave a cheque or cash.

The payment to Vervia is monthly in advance. The first payment is usually by cheque or cash and then we will set up a standing order which will come directly out of your bank account every month. Therefore you do not have to worry about remembering to send payments to Vervia. You control your standing order (unlike a direct debit) so if anything changes, only you can change or cancel the standing order instruction.

We understand that circumstances can change quickly and therefore there is no notice period if you wish to cancel the service. Please note, however, we do not give rebates if your monthly standing order has not been exhausted.
